Overview The Phi Sigma Kappa records provide evidence of various events and activities of the fraternity from the 1960s to 2004. The bulk of the items are from the 1960s and were donated by Charles A. Ruhl, former fraternity officer. The collection documents various aspects of the fraternity during the 1960s which include social events, governance, and publications.
